The Covid pandemic has prevented us from traveling for the last two years and to reach our target audience we decide to not only publish a teaching manual for primary care but also to establish distant learning courses in places where we have already supported ophthalmic education.
Accordingly, we will be conducting courses, based on our manual, for clinical officers in Maharashtra (India) in February 2022 and also in Gaza and Hyderabad in March 2022.
Even if we are able to return to normal travel in due course these courses will be embedded into our future teaching mission.
