WSF hosted a successful week at McCord Eye Hospital in Durban running two back to back on-site courses. The first, a two-day course for 25 local nurses and the second, a three-day course for 23 Eye care workers from across Africa, a diverse audience including clinical officers from Kenya and Zambia, optometrists and ophthalmic nurses. The courses were a mix of lectures and practical skilling sessions delivered by a team of UK and local ophthalmologists.
