Circumstances have now allowed our co-operation with St John Eye Hospital in Jerusalem to resume, and with our help in 2016-17 a new cadre of general nurses has been trained in ophthalmology at the St John clinic in Gaza.
WSF has established a partnership with the ophthalmic leadership in Alor Setar in Kedah State. From 2014-2018 we have conducted various teaching courses there in the fields of paediatric ophthalmology, ocular oncology and neuro-ophthalmology.
